Responsibilities Configure and manage multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app). Design and implement real-time triggers for orchestration.

Integrate RT-CDP audiences into AJO workflows. Configure offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules. Conduct QA and testing of journeys before launch. Monitor live journeys and optimize based on performance. Requirements Skills & Qualifications Deep knowledge of Adobe AJO and real-time orchestration. Experience in journey design and cross-channel campaign execution. Familiarity with RT-CDP audience segmentation and activation.
