Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Managing daily airfield/heliport facility operations, movement surfaces, NAVAIDs, and aviation refueling systems in compliance with military and civil aviation safety standards; (2) Delivering operational and technical briefings to senior military, civilian, and external aviation leaders to resolve flightline and airspace issues; (3) Developing operational and modernization plans, managing airfield budgets, and evaluating facility maintenance and program effectiveness; (4) Interpreting and applying regulations across complex military and civil aviation organizations.
