AREAS OF CONSIDERATION: The consideration of qualified eligible candidates will be as follows: Area 1: Permanent and indefinite Wyoming National Guard (WYANG)employees assigned to the 153 OG. Area 2: Permanent and indefinite T32 Dual Status technicians employed within the WYANG. Area 4: All current military members of the WYANG. Area 6: Current military service members to include the US Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and other states' Air National Guard units.

Must be willing/eligible to join the Wyoming Air National Guard as a military member prior to appointment to position. Acceptance of this position does not in any way constitute a military promotion. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess at least one-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-13). Experience, education, or training routine and non-routine preflight, in-flight, post-flight, ground or command and control (C2) duties related to mobility aircraft or similar airframes (e.g. C-130). Receives, interprets, extracts, and disseminates relevant data for mission planning or execution.

Experience coordinating and negotiating with organizations/personnel both orally and in writing to resolve differences/problems. AND Possess experience managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. NOTE: Specialized Experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position. MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidates will be required to be in a compatible military grade and assignment prior to the effective date of placement. COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: Must possess or be eligible to retrain into AFSC 010C0, Operations Commander DRIVER'S LICENSE: Must possess a valid driver's license.
