About Creative Fabrica Creative Fabrica is a fast-growing AI platform that makes it easy for everyday consumers to create whatever they imagine, from images and videos to audio and 3D creations, using the latest generative AI models. You know that feeling when a new AI model drops and you can’t wait to create something with it? We want to make that excitement contagious. Every new model, tool and feature we launch is a chance to show people something they hadn’t imagined creating themselves.

We want videos they immediately send to friends, ideas they can’t wait to try and people opening our tools because they HAVE to make something. That’s where you come in! About the role This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with 30 work-from-anywhere days per year. We’re looking for someone who LOVES generating videos with AI and knows how to turn a great idea into a video people can’t ignore. You’re already making AI movies, creating unexpected visual effects and refining your prompts until the result matches the idea in your head.

You save videos for their brilliant execution and immediately start thinking about how you’d make something even better. You’ll create and edit product-launch videos and original social videos designed to grab attention and get shared. Working with our launch team, you’ll turn product-marketing messages into creative concepts and storyboards, then generate the images and video sequences with AI. You’ll lead the creative direction and own the edit, obsessing over hooks, storytelling, pacing and sound just as much as the visuals.

You’ll work alongside a dedicated motion designer, combining the videos you generate with AI with their animation and compositing. From shaping the first idea to generating the right shots and editing the final cut, you’ll turn our products’ capabilities into videos that make people excited to try them. What you will do Lead the creative direction: Turn product-marketing messages into original concepts, hooks and storyboards.

Own how we bring each launch to life, making people excited about what they can create. Generate videos with AI: Create images, video sequences and unexpected visual effects. Choose the right tools and refine your prompts and shots until the result matches your creative vision. Own the edit: Create product-launch videos and original social videos people can’t ignore. Bring everything together through strong storytelling, pacing, music and sound, giving people a reason to watch and share.

Lead production: Work with the launch team and brief your dedicated motion designer, combining AI-generated videos with animation and compositing. Own the work from the first concept through revisions to the final cut. Keep pushing the creative: Bring fresh ideas without waiting for a brief. Stay close to new AI capabilities and use audience response to sharpen your hooks, improve your videos and decide what to create next.

What you will need A genuine obsession with AI video creation: You’re already making AI movies, refining your techniques and getting your hands on new models and tools. You have work to show, not just an interest in the possibilities. Creative direction and marketing instincts: You can turn a product message into a compelling visual story. You understand the audience, know why they should care and develop the concept yourself rather than waiting for a storyboard.

Excellent editing and visual judgment: Your portfolio demonstrates strong storytelling, hooks, pacing and sound. You know how to turn AI-generated shots into a complete video, not just a collection of impressive clips. Strong social video instincts: You save standout videos, study why they work and see opportunities to make something original. You understand what earns attention and gives people a reason to share. Hands-on ownership: You take ideas through to finished videos, manage deadlines and communicate clearly with the launch team and motion designer, with excellent English.

Nice to have Experience creating product-launch videos or social campaigns for AI, technology or creative tools. We would also like to offer you: Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you. 30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year. 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays.
