AI Transformation Manager

About this role

This is a hybrid role. As an AI Transformation Manager , you will be responsible for identifying, shaping and delivering AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the business. Working closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Technology and Operations, you'll help turn emerging AI opportunities into practical solutions that drive efficiency, improve customer experiences and deliver measurable business value You will: Identify and assess opportunities to leverage AI across multiple business functions Lead AI transformation initiatives from discovery and business case development through to implementation and adoption Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions Manage a portfolio of AI projects, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines and budgets Support the development of AI roadmaps and transformation plans aligned to strategic business goals Work alongside Technology and Data teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, practical and effectively embedded Monitor the performance and impact of AI initiatives, driving continuous improvement and value realisation Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation You have: Experience delivering large-scale business or digital transformation programmes Proven experience managing AI, automation, analytics or technology-enabled change initiatives Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning and process automation Experience building business cases and prioritising initiatives based on commercial impact Knowledge of AI governance, risk management and responsible AI principles This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across a global business.
