Depending on your skills and availability, you may work on text, image, or audio annotation, content evaluation, and prompt creation. Projects vary in scope and duration, offering opportunities to gain experience with emerging AI technologies while working on your own terms.

This is a talent network opportunity rather than an active job opening, meaning you will be contacted when a suitable project becomes available. Accountabilities As a contributor to the AI Trainers Network, you will support projects designed to improve AI performance, language understanding, and content quality.

Depending on the project requirements and your areas of expertise, your responsibilities may include: Annotating and labeling text, images, or audio to help train and improve AI models. Evaluating search results, advertisements, and chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, quality, and usefulness. Creating, testing, and refining prompts to improve the performance of large language models (LLMs). Reviewing AI-generated content to ensure linguistic accuracy, natural Arabic expression, and cultural appropriateness.

Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and potentially misleading or unsuitable content in AI outputs. Applying project-specific guidelines and quality standards while maintaining consistency and attention to detail. Contributing feedback that helps develop safer, more inclusive, and human-centered AI systems. Managing assigned tasks independently and meeting project deadlines according to agreed requirements and availability.

Requirements We are looking for detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable contributors who are interested in language, technology, and the development of AI systems. The ideal candidate combines strong Arabic language skills with the ability to evaluate information critically and work independently in a digital environment. Native or near-native fluency in Arabic, with a strong understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and linguistic nuances.

Current residence in Poland for this opportunity. Good English proficiency to understand project instructions and communicate effectively. Comfort using digital tools, online platforms, and web-based applications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify linguistic, factual, and contextual inconsistencies. Good analytical and critical-thinking skills, particularly when evaluating content for accuracy and relevance.

Cultural awareness and an understanding of Arabic-speaking communities, communication styles, and regional language variations. Ability to follow detailed guidelines, work independently, and deliver consistent, high-quality results. Curiosity about artificial intelligence, language technologies, and how human feedback can improve AI systems. Flexibility to participate in projects of varying durations and complexity, depending on your availability.

Previous experience in data annotation, content evaluation, translation, linguistics, prompt engineering, or AI training may be helpful, but project-specific requirements will vary.
