AI Project Manager, Marketing Analytics (m/f/d)
About this role
At SIXT, SEA is one of our biggest growth levers - and right now it runs too manually. We are changing that. From day one you will have access to the Google Ads API, SA360, Claude, Snowflake, and full AI tooling. No waiting for access. No bureaucracy. Just a real problem, real data, and the freedom to build. You will sit at the intersection of bidding strategy, causal experimentation, and AI-driven automation - building the intelligence layer that makes SEA optimization repeatable and scalable.
This is not a reporting role. This is not a dashboard role. This is a founding member position where you will shape how millions of euros are allocated across one of SIXT's most critical growth channels. If you have built agentic analytics systems, RAG pipelines, or AI-driven optimization tools - we want to talk. Join Team Orange and help shape the future of performance marketing at SIXT. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You build Python pipelines using the Google Ads API and SA360 to automate data ingestion, bid adjustments, and campaign health monitoring You understand elasticity curves, marginal ROI, and optimal bidding thresholds - partnering with Data Science to embed algorithmic bidding models into daily operations You design and run structured incrementality experiments on bidding strategies, pricing interactions, and keyword intent tiers - instrumenting them via the Google Ads API for automated allocation and real-time result capture You build agentic layers and AI-assisted workflows using Claude or similar tools to surface inefficiencies, generate optimization recommendations, and enable self-serve insights across the SEA team You develop and maintain data warehouse pipelines in BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake that power real-time spend efficiency and incremental contribution monitoring You act as the analytical bridge between SEA, Data Science, Pricing, and Platform Engineering, championing data-backed, model-driven decision making while mentoring team members on hypothesis-driven work and practical AI tooling YOUR SKILLS MATTER Builder first You have shipped production code independently.
You do not wait for a data engineer to build the pipeline - you build it yourself. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot daily and can point to something you built with them Analytical foundation You understand digital auction mechanics, Smart Bidding, value-based bidding, LTV/CAC thinking, incrementality testing, and attribution modeling. Fluency in SQL or Python are a big plus AI native You do not use AI as a productivity tool - you build with it.
