About the Job: Build and Ship: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI products across voice, messaging, and conversational AI. Lead by Example: Remain deeply hands-on in the codebase while coaching engineers, conducting code reviews, and raising engineering standards. Own Products End-to-End: Take ideas from concept to production, owning architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration. Build AI Agents: Develop sophisticated AI workflows using LLMs, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and real-time voice technologies.

Solve Real Customer Problems: Work closely with product, customers, and leadership to translate hospitality challenges into practical AI solutions. Drive Technical Decisions: Make pragmatic architecture decisions balancing speed, scalability, reliability, latency, and cost. Integrate Complex Systems: Build integrations with hotel property management systems (PMS), booking engines, CRMs, and third-party APIs. Move Fast: Prototype rapidly, validate ideas with real users, and continuously improve products based on feedback and performance data.

What Success Looks Like: You're shipping meaningful product improvements, building reliable AI systems used by real customers, and making the engineers around you better. We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage execution but personally drives it.
