ABOUT THE ROLE As the first commercial hire at an AI-powered regulatory compliance software company, you will define go-to-market strategy and build the sales function. You will shape how the company reaches manufacturers and retailers across Europe, while sharing customer insights with product and engineering. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and own go-to-market and pricing strategy, and build the sales organization. - Generate demand through events, content marketing, and webinars.

- Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from introductory calls and lead qualification through deal closure. - Partner with product and engineering on customer handoffs and share market feedback to inform the roadmap. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Three to ten or more years of relevant experience, including software or SaaS sales. - A track record of building or scaling a sales team, ideally from one to ten people. - Experience owning the full B2B sales cycle and generating top-of-funnel demand through events, content, or webinars.

- Daily use of AI tools as part of your core workflow. - Fluency in German and English, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, or RegTech is valuable; marketing or creative skills, such as video production, are a plus. - Comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, sales decks, and white papers. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary: €95,000 to €105,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.

LOCATION Hybrid, with four days per week on-site in Munich, Germany.
