THE ROLE We're a fast-growing team producing AI-generated micro-drama series for US women 35–55. We write, generate and ship short vertical series fast. We need a writer who can own scripts end to end.
What you'll do - Write micro-drama episodes (1–3 min) and full series arcs using Claude, GPT and other AI tools. - Build hooks that stop the scroll in the first 3 seconds and cliffhangers that force the next episode. - Write scenes that turn into strong, real-looking, cinematic AI visuals, not generic AI slop. - Test new formats, read the data, and cut what doesn't work. You're a fit if you - Know what makes a story addictive: tension, clear stakes, emotion, payoff.
- Have taste. You know the difference between good and cheap, and you won't ship cheap. - Write with clarity. Every scene has one job, and the viewer always knows what's happening. - Catch plot holes and logic breaks in your own work and in AI output. - Have sharp attention to detail: names, timelines, continuity; nothing slips. - Call out bad ideas, including ours. - Think visually and know what looks expensive and believable on screen.
