About this role

Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. TEAM Yuzu is building a portfolio of real money gaming apps, combining accessible mobile gameplay with competition and real cash prizes. We’re currently developing our first games, with the ambition to launch and grow several apps. We’re a small team working across product, creative production and growth, using AI to prototype ideas, create content and test quickly. Joining Yuzu means getting involved before launch, taking ownership of projects and helping shape both the games we build and the way we work.
ROLE You will work closely with the team building the product and launching the business. You will contribute across creative production, AI workflows and early growth, with room to suggest ideas and take them through to execution. Your role is to turn ideas into things we can use and test: creative assets, playable prototypes, useful workflows and experiments that help us move towards launch. - Produce creative content.
Develop concepts and create videos, visuals, animations and gameplay content for our marketing. Take an idea from a first draft to an asset we can put in front of users. - Build systems with AI. Turn repetitive work into practical workflows for research, content production and testing. Create reusable templates and lightweight automations, and check the quality of the outputs. - Benchmark widely. Explore competing games and relevant consumer apps.
Study their creatives, onboarding, gameplay and reward systems, then turn your observations into ideas we can try. - Prototype interactive experiences. Use AI, no-code or coding tools to build demos, small game concepts and playable ads. Learn the tools needed to get a first version working. - Run frequent experiments. Quickly test different creative angles, formats and interactions. Be clear about what you want to learn, review the results and recommend what to try next.
