As part of a team of Agile experts, you work in a system-dissociated and demand-oriented manner, always looking for the root cause of a problem rather than the symptoms. As an Agile Coach, you enable people, teams, and the organization to build valuable products that meet user needs and help your colleagues strengthen their effectiveness across the entire product development lifecycle. } } ; { your_responsibilities: [ Enable individuals and teams to work autonomously, take ownership and build strong synergies.
Support people to take responsibility for their product, processes and actions. Help the organization to know their purpose and goals and to create sustainably value that fulfills user’s needs. Foster a culture of learning, improvement and steady experimentation. Convey principles and practices of Agile and Lean across the entire product development process and help teams to measure their delivery. Coach the management, mediate conflicts and support decision-making so teams can handle complexity and act independently.
] } ; { following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [ You bring several years of Agile Coaching experience, able to take on different roles if needed. You enable individuals and teams to create added value and act with strong facilitation, coaching and teaching skills. You have a solid understanding of the agile product development including discovery and delivery and don’t hesitate to question the status quo.
You have skills to help people identifying root-causes and solving problems autonomously. You are able to see the big picture and to break down the complexity to a workable level. You live iterative experimentation, focusing value and using data to guide decisions. You are self-organized, comfortable with change and ambiguity, and driven by curiosity and continuous growth. You collaborate openly with other Agile experts and share knowledge to strengthen the whole system.
