Agent Deployment Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Own the end-to-end deployment of AI agents for enterprise customers in the freight and logistics sector. You will work across customer operations, IT, product, and engineering teams, helping organizations move from signed contracts to production launches and scaled rollouts. The playbooks you develop will help make future deployments more efficient and repeatable. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead customer deployments from kickoff through go-live, hypercare, and broader rollout.

- Map customer workflows and configure AI agents with stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams. - Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate integrations with engineering and product teams. - Share customer insights with product teams to inform improvements and roadmap decisions. - Create deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that reduce time to value. - Support change management and train operators to use AI tools effectively.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 2 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, deployment, or technical project management in a B2B environment. - Understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting. - Strong project coordination skills, including planning and delivering work across multiple stakeholders and organizational teams.

- Ability to build trust, drive consensus, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Fluency in English and proficiency in German. - Experience with AI agents, large language models, software development, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, change management, or operator training is an advantage. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates must have local work authorization.

LOCATION Hybrid arrangement, based in Berlin, Germany. The role requires working from the Berlin office.
