You'll need to be comfortable offering frameworks, resources, and direct insights when clients need them — not just powerful questions. Tech-Enabled: Everything happens through our platform. You'll need genuine comfort with digital tools and curiosity about how technology enhances coaching outcomes.

Impact-Focused Partner: You measure success by client outcomes and want your coaching to create visible, measurable change. What You'll Bring Essential Requirements ICF (ACC+) or EMCC 150+ coaching hours minimum Track record with short-term & long term interventions (3-6 months) 5+ years management/leadership experience — you understand workplace challenges from lived experience, not just theory Genuine tech comfort — not just a willingness to learn, but genuine confidence using digital platforms.
