Aeronautical Information Specialist (Team Lead)
About this role
To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Experience as a technical specialist for one or more of the following program areas: Development, maintenance, and revision of terminal/en-route instrument flight procedures (IFPs); Ensuring IFPs are coordinated and integrated into the NAS and provide for save operation of aircraft; collecting evaluating and verifying aeronautical data.
Experience in development of Instrument Flight Procedures (IFP), working with Instrument Procedures Development Systems (IPDS), Instrument Approach Procedures Automation (IAPA) or Terminal Area Route Generations and Traffic Simulations (TARGETS) Global Procedure Designer (GPD). Applicants should provide examples of Specialized Experience in their Work History. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of the announcement.
