Administrative/Technical Specialist

About this role

NT-4: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/10 grade level or NT-3 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: independently processing/troubleshooting complex civilian payroll transactions in automated enterprise systems, interpreting federal pay policies and regulations, and/or resolving systemic errors and labor transfers.

NT-3: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5/8 grade level or NT-2 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying standardized civilian pay rules or guidelines to process recurring payroll transactions, researching customer pay inquiries, or assisting with clearing routine error logs and tickets under general supervision for an organization.
