About this role

NT-05: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector interpreting and applying Federal Human Resources policies, rules, and regulations; advising management on recruitment strategies, staffing sources, and selection criteria; coordinating recruitment and outreach activities, including student and intern programs; resolving complex staffing issues; and analyzing personnel or program data to support management decisions for an organization.

NT-04: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-03 (GS-09/10 grade level equivalency), in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying Federal Human Resources policies, rules, and regulations to resolve staffing issues, coordinate recruitment outreach activities, and analyzing personnel or program data for an organization.
