ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: researching, analyzing, and providing recommendations on Human Resources issues and Human Capital strategies to senior executive leadership; serving as a subject matter expert, including evaluating organizational structures and reorganizations; managing or administering Personnel Demonstration Project (DEMO) pay pools, performance management, and incentive payout strategies; utilizing and extracting data from core Federal HR Information Systems; performing workforce trend analysis, statistical reporting, and managing privileged user access control; leading cross-functional HR teams and collaborate across organizational boundaries to build customer-focused solutions; and representing command or agency positions in formal meetings, audits, and negotiations with external stakeholders.
