ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA)

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-04) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing office automation software applications to produce, edit, and format documents including graphics, tables, electronic drafts, correspondence, spreadsheets and reports; 2) Maintaining database information for retrieval and input of reports; 3) Providing clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations; and 4) Ensuring actions for awards, evaluations and leave are completed on time and in accordance with location and higher echelon directives.
