Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) experience performing full acquisition lifecycle planning and contract management from pre-award and post-award through closeout to ensure regulatory compliance with Federal and Defense acquisition regulations such as FAR/DFARS and other applicable policy; (2) experience providing advisory support to program officials, project managers, and leadership to resolve complex contracting and acquisition challenges with compliant solutions; (3) experience developing acquisition guidance, policy, or standard operating procedures, to coordinating with Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) on oversight, surveillance, and performance reporting; and (4) experience managing or administering complex reimbursable and direct contracts, as well as hybrid contract types, to include Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), Level of Effort (LOE), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Time & Materials (T&M), and Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
