Accounts Receivable Analyst, Order-to-Cash

About this role

📋 Description Own assigned customer accounts throughout the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, from invoice creation and Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and within established deadlines. Review invoices and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with customer-specific Submit invoices through the appropriate customer portals, VMS platforms, EDI channels, or other Monitor invoice submissions through acceptance, promptly researching and resolving rejections Review aging reports and perform consistent, professional follow-up on outstanding balances.

🎯 Requirements Experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, revenue cycle, or a related finance operations Experience with invoicing, invoice delivery, collections, cash application, and account Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and the ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets. Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned accounts, and follow issues through Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes.
