Accounting Manager E-commerce 📍 Location: LATAM 🏠 Modality: 100% Remote 🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday 🌎 English: Advanced/Fluent 📄 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an Accounting Manager with strong experience in e-commerce accounting, financial reporting, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, improve processes, manage reconciliations across multiple platforms, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead month-end close and accounting operations. ✅ Manage AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting. ✅ Review transactions from Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. ✅ Analyze financial data and prepare reports. ✅ Drive process improvements and automation initiatives. ✅ Manage and mentor accounting team members. ✅ Partner with leadership on financial strategy and planning. Requirements ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

✅ 5+ years of accounting experience. ✅ Previous leadership experience (Accounting Manager, Supervisor, Senior Accountant, or similar). ✅ Strong e-commerce accounting experience (MUST) ✅ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query). ✅ Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close. ✅ Advanced/Fluent English. #SolvoHRGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
