Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: - Research, interpret, create, modify, and develop accounting policies in both oral and written form to various internal and external stakeholders at various levels of management or other stakeholders; AND - Lead or coordinate projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance or recommendations, and keeping management informed of project status and issues.
