We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Yepoda on a temporary or freelance-basis. This role will involve overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with German accounting standards, and supporting the team as we continue to scale. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day financial operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing - Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements preparation in accordance with HGB.

We are just live with Oracle Netsuite! - Support during the statutory audits and ensure compliance with tax and legal regulations - Prepare cash flow statements and monitor cash on hand Requirements: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Experience in e-commerce and cross-border VAT is a plus - Solid knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), experience with Oracle Netsuite is a plus - 3+ years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting - Fluent in English, German/Italian/French/Spanish are a plus - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on mentality What We Offer - Dynamic Environment: The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team.
