Your role As an Account Manager, you hold a key position. Your focus is on driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage (MPP), and building strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory. You are also responsible for promoting and selling our Pay-and-Display (P&D) systems, SaaS solutions, insights, as well as the EasyPark mobile payment solution within your geographic area.
Your responsibilities - Cluster development: You take a strategic approach to fully develop your territory and expand Arrive’s market presence. - Sales cycle management: You manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold prospecting to contract negotiation and successful closing. - Relationship management: You act as the main point of contact for your customers and ensure high satisfaction through excellent account management.
- Solution presentation: You present and demonstrate our products and services convincingly to decision-makers. - Implementation & upselling: You support the implementation phase and proactively identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts. - CRM & administration: You keep our CRM systems (Salesforce) up to date and ensure accurate documentation of your sales activities. Travel: This role involves frequent travel to meet customers in person (approximately 60% of working time, typically 3 days per week).
The remaining time is used flexibly for preparation and follow-up—either remotely or in coordination with your manager. Location: Sevilla, Spain + (South Areas) Your profile - Education & experience: You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar) and have a strong commercial background, particularly in key account management or similar roles (at least +8 years). Ideally within parking management, smart city, or tech environments.
