Account Manager, Associate

About this role

ABOUT THE ROLE Own and grow a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers using an AI-powered phone assistant. You will work with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to improve adoption, demonstrate customer value, and drive account growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Act as the primary contact for assigned customers throughout their lifecycle. - Run account reviews and discovery conversations to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.

- Analyze product usage and explain how AI automation can improve customer processes. - Own expansion revenue, including upgrades, add-ons, and renewals, against monthly and quarterly targets. - Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to strengthen retention. - Share structured customer and market feedback with Product and go-to-market teams. - Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline, and conduct regular customer touchpoints and business reviews.

- Coordinate account plans with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, and help develop the account growth approach. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success. - Experience with upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue in existing accounts. - Strong product and technical understanding, with an interest in AI and machine learning. - Native-level German and confidence leading customer calls, reviews, and demos.

- A structured, customer-focused approach and a sense of ownership; startup or scale-up experience is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OTE is €65,000 to €95,000 annually, comprising fixed salary and uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible.
