Remote
Account Executive (US based, Remote)
About this role
Do you love owning a deal from the first call to the signed contract? Join C Teleport as an Account Executive for the US market and win new business with shipping companies, crewing agencies, aircraft operators, and flight departments that move crew around the world every day. This is a hands-on closing role. You'll carry your own target, run the full sales cycle yourself, and report directly to our VP of Sales, working with a collaborative, international team that values ownership, transparency, and customer-centric selling.
Why this role exists Maritime and aviation companies still plan hundreds of crew trips by email, spreadsheet, and phone calls to travel agents. When a flight changes or a crew change moves, someone loses hours fixing it by hand. C Teleport makes that automatic. The US is one of our biggest growth markets, and we want a closer on the ground to build it. About C Teleport C Teleport is built for teams in fast-moving industries like aviation, energy, and maritime.
We make managing travel simple and flexible — every trip change or cancellation happens instantly and automatically, with no manual steps. Founded in 2017, we're headquartered in the Netherlands with close to 100 people from 40 nationalities, working from locations around the world. What you'll do Own your territory. Build and run a plan to find and win new customers across the US maritime and aviation market. Run the full sale.
Prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and sign — the deal is yours from start to finish. Understand the real problem. Find out how the customer handles crew travel today, what it costs them in money, time, and risk, and build a clear business case around it. Move deals to a decision. Reach everyone involved in the decision, including the person who owns the budget, agree a clear plan to signature, and handle objections early.
Keep an accurate pipeline. Keep the CRM up to date and give forecasts your manager can rely on. Bring the market home. Share what you hear from customers and competitors with Product and Marketing, and hand new customers over smoothly to Customer Success. Required 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, with deals you sourced, negotiated, and signed yourself. A track record of hitting or beating a quota, with numbers you can talk through.
