ABOUT THE ROLE Join a growing AI communications SaaS team as an Account Executive, managing inbound sales from discovery through close. You will help businesses understand how AI-powered phone tools can improve their customer communications while contributing to a scalable sales process. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run 8 to 16 qualified inbound discovery and product demo calls per day, explaining the product's business value. - Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact through closing, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage warm leads, prepare timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data. - Coordinate smooth customer handovers to Customer Success after each deal closes. - Share customer feedback with Marketing and contribute to sales forecasting. - Collaborate with teammates to improve the sales process as the company grows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience, including end-to-end closing responsibility.
- A track record of closing deals through a structured sales funnel. - Experience with high-volume inbound discovery and product demos, plus familiarity with CRM pipeline management. - Native-level German and confidence leading phone conversations and product demonstrations. - Strong technical and product understanding, with startup or scale-up experience a plus. - Comfort working toward clear monthly and quarterly quota targets and collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OTE is €70,000 to €120,000 annually, including base salary and uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site, with hybrid work possible. Primary location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
