Account Executive (German Speaking)

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a growing B2B software team selling AI-powered phone assistants to businesses. You will manage qualified inbound opportunities from first conversation through close, helping drive revenue and improve the sales process. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead multiple daily discovery and product demo calls with qualified inbound prospects, explaining the product's business value. - Own the sales cycle from initial contact through closing and work toward monthly and quarterly quotas.

- Manage warm leads, prepare follow-ups, and maintain accurate CRM pipeline records. - Coordinate smooth handovers to Customer Success after deals close. - Share customer feedback with Marketing and contribute to sales forecasting. - Collaborate with teammates to improve the sales motion as the business scales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least one year of B2B SaaS sales experience, including individual-contributor Account Executive work and end-to-end closing responsibility.

- A track record of closing deals through a structured sales funnel. - Experience handling high-volume inbound discovery and product demos, rather than primarily outbound or relationship-led sales. - Native-level German and confident phone and demo communication. - Strong technical and product understanding, along with disciplined lead follow-up and CRM management. - Comfort owning monthly and quarterly quotas and collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success.

- Startup or scale-up SaaS experience is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS €70,000 to €120,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable), with uncapped commission. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid work is possible.
