ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-velocity, inbound-only sales role at a fast-growing AI communication startup focused on automating phone interactions for SMEs. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery through close, and work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to refine and scale the sales motion. No cold outreach required. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run 8 to 16 inbound discovery and demo calls per day with prequalified leads, showcasing the AI phone assistant and its business value.
- Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact to closed deal, hitting monthly and quarterly quota targets. - Manage warm leads, execute structured follow-ups, and keep your CRM pipeline accurate and up to date. - Hand off closed deals smoothly to the Customer Success team. - Relay customer feedback to Marketing and contribute to reliable sales forecasting. - Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the sales motion in a rapidly scaling environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Native-level German proficiency, spoken and written. - At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience with end-to-end closing responsibility. - Proven track record closing deals along a defined SaaS sales funnel. - Experience with high-volume inbound discovery and product demos, rather than enterprise or relationship-led sales motions. - Strong product and technical understanding relevant to a tech-enabled sales process.
- Confident, polished phone and demo presence. - Experienced in structured lead management, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene. - Ability and willingness to work on-site in Vienna, with hybrid flexibility possible. - Startup or scaleup SaaS experience is a strong plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OTE of EUR 70,000 to EUR 120,000 (base salary plus uncapped commission). Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria, with hybrid work possible.
