4772-Manager - GTM Enablement
About this role
Go to Market at Innovaccer Our GTM team is passionate about healthcare and wants to leave a positive impact in the ecosystem. We are the tip of the spear that leads the organization externally. We care deeply about our customers and want to resolve their challenges with our solutions. If this excites you, let's chat about how you can help us tell our special story. About the Role The Manager, GTM Enablement owns the day-to-day execution of Innovaccer’s GTM readiness programs, from new-hire onboarding and certifications to live enablement sessions, learning platforms, and readiness reporting.
The role reports to the Head of GTM Enablement and works closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and GTM Operations. Innovaccer’s sellers and customer-facing teams sell a multi-product platform in a market that changes every quarter, and Growth Enablement makes sure they are ready for it. This is a hands-on role. The Manager runs programs directly, administers the systems behind them, and helps shape how readiness is measured and improved.
● Operational Scalability: Builds repeatable playbooks, modular training, and a consistent governance model that work across business lines and buyer segments. This lets the GTM engine take on new products and headcount without rebuilding enablement each time. ● Higher Program Adoption and Accountability: Tracks and follows up on enablement and certification completion in the LMS and through frontline managers. Programs actually reach the field, and leadership can see readiness by team and role.
● Improved Onboarding Experience and Retention : Coordinates cohort logistics, schedules, materials, and buddy programs so new hires feel supported from day one. ● Clean Data and Insights: Keeps enablement dashboards accurate across every product line and GTM role. It does this by tagging content consistently by product, buyer type, and sales stage, keeping user records in the LMS and content platform clean, and compiling baseline performance metrics.
Leadership can then trust the readiness data it uses to make decisions. ● Consistent Quality Control: Reviews training modules and content in the sales repository before they reach customer-facing teams. Each piece is checked to reflect Innovaccer’s approved brand voice and messaging, cleared proof points, and customer referenceability rules, so sellers never take outdated or unvalidated claims into health system and payer conversations.
