4558 -Lead - Data Exchange and Interoperability

About this role

Your Role We at Innovaccer are looking for a Lead, Data Exchange and Interoperability, where you will be working with some of the biggest healthcare organizations as well as healthcare IT vendors. You will be in conversation with top level management across the US Healthcare landscape in exploring and facilitating data interoperability with various systems. The role will also involve deployment of solutions on practice systems and testing various data input connections.

A Day in the Life Managing a highly efficient team for streamlined data exchange and interoperability at Innovaccer. Evolving team processes and workflows for greater productivity. Oversee implementations and ensure adherence to set processes Driving and Maintaining relationships with US Healthcare provider organizations and IT vendors Oversee and enable all the negotiations with the vendors for either setting up partnerships or contracting a third party vendor to assist in setting up a new connection.

Strategic data acquisition for our top customers Deployment of Innovaccer solutions on host systems Testing the connectivity and working of the solutions deployed Maintaining and Tracking the progress of the ongoing developments Coordinate with the customers and the internal teams and set up business and technical meetings. Conduct secondary research and collate relevant information and capture the information in a well-documented format.

Facilitate customer meetings and presentations. Engage in dialogue to understand customer requirements and expectations. Handling internal and external sign-offs. Meeting reasonable internal and external turnaround time. Keep a track of the financial impact of the team on the overall project delivery Attend relevant healthcare data conferences to engage with the vendors for streamlining data extractions at Innovaccer Attend all the relevant webinars with vendors/orgs to learn about the new and cutting edge technologies being Engage with assigned data system vendors to simplify and improve the data acquisition process What You Need Experienced in working with US clients in a customer facing role 6+ years of experience working in high-growth tech product companies Previous experience of or high levels of comfort with working on a team that spans multiple time zones Success increasing the level of visibility into the performance of the individuals on a team where job functions are shared A degree in engineering/other technical qualifications are an advantage.
