📋 Description Own day-to-day relationships with North America 3PL partners, including regular cadence meetings Serve as the primary point of escalation for 3PL operational issues, ensuring timely resolution. Review iFIT open order reports and compare to 3PL workflow dashboards to ensure dwell time accuracy. Ensure inbound orders are received, routed, and shipped accurately and on time; monitor exceptions Order pallets for all inbound containers and communicate with 3PL partners regarding incoming Define, track, and report on key metrics including fill rate, on-time ship, dwell time, and 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.

Direct experience managing or working alongside 3PL providers. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience with order management processes including routing, carrier selection, and exception Ability to travel regularly between the US, Canada, and Mexico. Fluent in Spanish and English.
