340B Analyst

About this role

Responsible for 340B compliance and program integrity, the full-time 340B Analyst will manage program operations, coordinate software maintenance, and support daily activities to ensure adherence to the 340B Drug Discount Program while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate the 340B Drug Pricing Program and ensure compliance with HRSA requirements Create and maintain monthly reports on program metrics and financial savings, identifying areas for improvement Serve as the primary internal liaison for 340B program utilization and compliance, escalating issues as necessary Required qualifications 2-year Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Information Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field 1-2 years of experience with pharmacy 340B required Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel Advanced knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and healthcare billing regulations Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record and 340B Split Billing Software preferred
