About this role
Key Responsibilities Lead UX/UI efforts supporting large-scale rebranding and redesign initiatives across web properties and systems. Collaborate with web and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain CMS solutions that improve content management capabilities. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable product experiences. Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by coordinating across teams and contributing to data-driven design decisions.
Incorporate user research and user feedback throughout the design process. Create sketches, wireframes, process flows, user flows, prototypes, and polished user interfaces. Apply established design language, patterns, and reusable components to final UI solutions. Support monitoring and optimization of web performance related to content management, experimentation, and redesign initiatives. Define and communicate information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience.
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and content-focused stakeholders to support continuous development and deployment. Communicate design decisions and translate technical and business requirements effectively across teams. Must-Have Skills Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design or behavioral science discipline. 3+ years of professional experience in product user experience and user interface design.
Deep, demonstrated experience in interaction design. Proven experience working with content management systems (CMS) or similar web infrastructure. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies. Experience coordinating large-scale rebranding or redesign efforts. Excellent communication skills for translating technical and business requirements across teams.
Familiarity with web development practices and performance optimization. Experience using Sketch, Figma, Cursor, or other interaction design and prototyping tools. A design portfolio demonstrating modern UIs and interactions for end-to-end product solutions. Nice-to-Have Skills No additional nice-to-have qualifications were specified for this role.
